Booking conditions

• Reservations can be made through this website until 8.00 pm on the day before arrival.
• To check availability on the same day, please contact us by email or telephone during office hours (9.30am – 12.30pm / 4.30pm – 7.00pm).
• Arrivals before 5.00pm are only possible if the pitch has already been vacated since the previous night. If it is still occupied when you arrive, you may wait in the outdoor car park without setting up camp. You can contact us in the morning during office hours to check availability.
• The latest departure time is 5.00pm and the latest arrival time is 11.00pm. Please check in at reception upon arrival and, if it is closed, as soon as it reopens.
• We do not accept caravans, and it is not permitted to set up awnings, tents or outdoor shelters.
• The reservation covers 100% of the cost of the stay, and refunds will only be made if the reservation is cancelled more than 48 hours before the arrival date.
